Bridging the Gap

Many young adults don’t start school or enter the workforce with realized goals, or understand the steps needed to achieve them.  Many do not have the discipline or understanding of what it means to live a healthy life day-to-day.  Further, some know what they want, but do not have the connections or know how to get from points A to C.

Young Adult Transition Program

No matter where clients are at personally or professionally, we help put the steps in perspective and reinforce what it takes to achieve goals.  Whether you need residential support, regular checkins and/or community plugin, Urban Edge provides clients much needed mentorship opportunities, no matter their struggles or focus.

Clients

Many of our clients have attended a therapeutic wilderness program, or maybe they are simply struggling to get things right and make ends meet. Maybe they’re bored or cannot find meaningful work opportunities.

Whatever the challenge, participants willing to embrace mentorship will find the freedom and individualized curricula at Urban Edge to be a positive catalyst for introspection, self organization, learning and growth.
